Well here we are at the FMCA rally in Coos Bay Oregon the weather is perfect in the low 60's at night and 70's during the day.
I am running into internet problems either there is NO Verizon Internet (but the phone works) or the internet I find is SLOW. Right now I am using the Casino internet and it is fine for now. They are expecting up words of 600+ rigs here later so I am sure it will slow down.
Our trip up was fantastic it reached 109* going through Redding but than the temp came down by the time we stopped at Wal-Mart in Yreka. Wal-mart was OK but they had LED lights in the parking that LIT up the inside of Kermit. But for the price it was great. Our drive up through Southern Oregon was beautiful and everything was Sooooo green. We reached Eugene and had to head south and that was interesting because we had to go through town and there was road work which made it nerve racking but had no problems. EVERYONE GOT THE HELL OUT OF OUR WAY.... LoL...... We spent the at Florence Elks RV Park which is located about 5 miles north of the Lodge right off 101.
Getting here to the rally was way cool traveling south on 101. Oregon is so GREEN and COOL. We are going to do some tripping around Coos Bay and check out the coastal areas close to us. I know we are close to Oregon Dunes.
I will do my best to post some more later..... The Blog itself has changed the way it is set up. I am not sure I can do the slide show anymore....
